Time to Raise the Bar! Our bread and butter, this 50-minute class covers it all and will have you in the BEST shape of your LIFE. A unique mixture of high-intensity cardio intervals, mixed with meaningful weight training and core work.  Ever-changing and challenging. ​*We also have a Seniors version of this class, MWF 9:30am.

A much smarter design than many you may have seen, Gladiator tests your power, strength, endurance and grit in a SAFE and FUN manner. ​This class specifically prepares you for HYROX: The World Series of Fitness Racing!
