HYROX - Gladiator
Ready to Start a Fire? This 55-minute class takes you to new levels, challenging you both physically and mentally. You come out stronger on the other side. A much smarter design than many you may have seen, Gladiator tests your power, strength, endurance and grit in a SAFE and FUN manner. ​This class specifically prepares you for HYROX: The World Series of Fitness Racing! Tue - 11:30a / 5:30p; Sat - 9:30a (60 to 90min on Saturday and advanced, recommend coach approval for the Saturday class.)

HYROX - Strength & Power
Looking for Power, Strength and Tone? Talk about a class designed to stoke your metabolism and build an UNBREAKABLE body. This 55-minute class utilizes the best muscle and power-building principles of all time. A member favorite, the focus is on adding strength, power, and definition. Whether training for your next Hyrox race or the race of life, this class will have you ready.

HYROX - Hybrid Endurance
​The ultimate endurance class with a variety like no other. From skiing to rowing to cycling to running, you do it all. This is designed primarily for Zone 2-3 cardio, complementing our more intense Tue/Thur/Sat Hyrox classes.
